Animal protein causes cancer

The Standard American Diet (SAD) has an excessive level of animal protein in it and a major lack of whole plant-based foods. Experimental evidence taken from studies conducted worldwide indicate that cultures which consume primarily animal-based foods are far more likely to develop cancer than cultures which consume primarily plant-based foods.

Video: Watch the Lecture Here

In the video, Professor T. Colin Campbell (PhD) shares his data and observations, from his observations over decades of studying the effects of proteins and other dietary factors on health.

Dr. Campbell was once a staunch advocate for the consumption of animal protein, but the data that he encountered is clear and undeniable.

Louis Pasteur And the Myth of Pasteurization

source: Wellness directory of Minnesota

If you surf the web, no doubt you will find dozens of web sites singing the praises of Louis Pasteur.

Here is something we found at: http://www.accessexcellence.org/AB/BC/Louis_Pasteur.html

If one were to choose among the greatest benefactors of humanity, Louis Pasteur would certainly rank at the top. He solved the mysteries of rabies, anthrax, chicken cholera, and silkworm diseases, and contributed to the development of the first vaccines. He debunked the widely accepted myth of spontaneous generation, thereby setting the stage for modern biology and biochemistry. He described the scientific basis for fermentation, wine-making, and the brewing of beer. Pasteur’s work gave birth to many branches of science, and he was singlehandedly responsible for some of the most important theoretical concepts and practical applications of modern science.

Pasteur’s achievements seem wildly diverse at first glance, but a more in-depth look at the evolution of his career indicates that there is a logical order to his discoveries. He is revered for possessing the most important qualities of a scientist: the ability to survey all the known data and link the data for all possible hypotheses, the patience and drive to conduct experiments under strictly controlled conditions, and the brilliance to uncover the road to the solution from the results. Beware of the Soy “health food” Hype

In recent years, it has become widely accepted that Soy, prepared in any way, is a health food. It is thought that Soy is an alternative to animal-based foods. Proponents of this ideology often cite the “fact” that Asian cultures, notorious for their excellent health, consume a diet rich in Soy.

In fact, nothing could be further from the truth, these beliefs about the Asian use of Soy are simply lies propagated by the very same people who fill their pockets with the money of the misguided individuals who want to improve their health.

Scientific research has linked Soy to a variety of health problems including: cancer, brain damage, hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, kidney stones, sexual dysfunction and behavior problems. The following article from Dr. Mercola covers most of the information available regarding the dangers of Soy. Read the rest of this entry »

Cell Phone Health Effects | Busy Signals: Think Twice Before You Place That Call

Cellphone Skull Penetration

by William Thomas | WillThomas.net

Though intended for renovations, Chris Anderson would like all visitors to deposit their cellular phones in the cement mixer by his front door. This sounds excessive - until you step into Anderson’s orchard, where the pegged needle of a shrieking electromagnetic radiation (EMR) meter placed beside a connected cellphone still shows significant exposure 100 feet away.

Much to the chagrin of this certified EMR-mitigation specialist, every day some 300 million cell phone users are “reaching out and touching someone you love. Yourself, and anyone else within range of the microwaves emitted by your cell phone.” Read the rest of this entry »
